Identify & Connect: Scout, negotiate, and close deployment partnerships with major corporate clients (retail chains, F&B groups, entertainment venues, hotels...). End-to-End Deal Management: Manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach to successful deployment. Leadership (for Manager level): Mentor, guide, and support junior team members to drive overall performance.

Experience: 2–5 years of proven track record in B2B sales, Business Development, or Key Account Management.
Language Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English (Mandarin or Cantonese is a huge plus).
Network: An established network in F&B, retail, hospitality, entertainment, or platform-based industries is highly preferred.
Attributes: Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable with field-based client engagement.
Quyền lợi
Base Salary: VND 15,000,000 – 20,000,000 / month (negotiable based on experience and capability).
Attractive Bonus: Performance-based commission tied directly to your deployment results.
Allowances: Fieldwork allowance covering transportation, client meetings, and full support for business travel.
Work-Life Balance: 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM (Monday to Friday) - Weekends off (Sat & Sun).
