ROLE SUMMARY Turn raw leads into clean, qualified, ready-to-talk discovery demos for the Business Consultant team. Additionally, support Consultants throughout the sales process to close deals. Solution: CRM Platform, Productivity Platform, HRM Platform, AI Agents, and Automation. Customer Profile: Global small and mid-size business owners and C-suite executives (primarily focused on APAC). Inputs: inbound leads, marketing handoff, intent signals, warm/cold lead pools Outputs: SQL-ready leads (BANT), booked meetings, Build-up Revenue, Closed Revenue JOB DESCRIPTION Receive leads from the digital marketing team and promptly follow up on them to qualify leads. Conduct outbound calls and emails to engage with potential clients, aiming to understand their needs and
requirements:effectively. Schedule product demonstrations and meetings for Sales Executives based on the qualified leads. Gather valuable insights from interactions with clients and provide feedback to the digital marketing team regarding the quality of leads, enabling continuous optimization of advertising strategies. Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure a seamless transition of leads and maintain a consistent pipeline of prospects. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, opportunities, and customer interactions in the CRM system. Meet and exceed monthly targets for lead qualification and appointment setting. Participate actively in sales meetings and contribute ideas to improve sales strategies and processes.

Bachelor‘s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, with at least 1 year of professional working experienc directly related to Sales or Customer Support.
Fluent in English ( ≥ 7.0 IELTS or equivalent), American Accent is plus Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time management skills; ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed in a fast-paced and competitive environment.
