Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field.
5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or strategic account management.
Strong track record in FMCG, agency services, field marketing, or B2B solutions.
Skills & Competencies Visionary and strategic thinking with a passion for business growth.
Excellent negotiation, presentation, and client relationship skills.
Strong understanding of market development, brand activation, and integrated marketing solutions.
High level of leadership, influence, and team motivation.
Fluent in English and Vietnamese; strong communication in both written and verbal forms.
