Lead Generation & Market Outreach Research and identify potential clients, partners, and market opportunities Conduct outbound outreach (calls, emails, networking) to build a qualified pipeline Maintain and update CRM with accurate lead data and activity tracking 2.
Sales Support & Deal Execution Support the sales cycle: scheduling meetings, preparing materials, follow-ups Assist in proposal preparation and basic client presentations Work closely with senior team members to move deals toward closure 3.
Client Coordination Act as a point of contact for initial client communication Follow up with prospects and support relationship building Ensure smooth handover to operations after deal closure 4.
Market Insights & Reporting Track competitor activity and market trends Provide regular updates on pipeline status and conversion progress Support reporting and data analysis for business decisions

Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, Operations Management or a related field.
Minimum 1 year of experience in client-facing or B2B sales within Hospitality, Leisure, Entertainment, Real estate or service-driven industries.
Strong willingness to do outbound work and build pipeline from scratch Excellent verbal communication skills with a confident and professional telephone presence when engaging business and operational decision-makers.
Good communication skills in English Organized, proactive, and comfortable with targets Basic understanding of sales processes; willingness to learn quickly
