Ensure smooth handover of qualified leads to the sales team. CRM Management & Reporting - Maintain and update lead/customer information accurately in CRM or Lead Management systems.

Track outreach activities, lead conversion performance, and pipeline quality.

Prepare reports and provide insights to improve lead generation effectiveness. Collaboration & Sales Support - Work closely with the BDM/Sales team to optimize lead qualification criteria and sales processes.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve outreach strategies and customer engagement.

Contribute ideas to improve sales efficiency and prospecting performance.

Qualifications:- Bachelorʼs degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, E-Commerce, Marketing, or a related field.

1 + years of experience in B2B lead generation, preferably within the IT/Software Outsourcing industry.

Professional English fluency is mandatory, as you will be targeting English-speaking markets and presenting to senior leadership.

Proven experience in market research and data analysis. You should be comfortable turning "numbers" into "strategies." - A business-minded professional with a "strong spirit"—consistent, deadline-oriented, and able to keep calm under pressure.

Exceptional negotiation and persuasion skills with the ability to communicate strategy clearly in both verbal and written forms.

Familiarity with AI tools to optimize workflows is a plus.
