Partner Development: Identify, establish, and develop strategic partnerships to expand business opportunities in the Vietnam market.
Work with partners to localize, position, and commercialize solutions for Vietnamese customers.
Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements to create mutual value for the company and its partners.
Ensure that KPIs set by management are achieved.
Partner Relationship Management: Maintain long-term relationships with partners to ensure effective and sustainable collaboration.
Monitor partnership performance to ensure agreements are executed in line with commitments.
Market Analysis and Strategic Proposals: Analyze Vietnam market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
Propose initiatives and strategies to optimize the effectiveness of partner relationships and business growth.
Internal Coordination: Collaborate closely with relevant departments such as Business Development, Marketing, and Operations to implement and manage partnership projects.
Provide regular reports on partnership performance and status to management.
Other duties: Perform additional tasks assigned by managers.
REQUIREMENT: Male, minimum of 4 years of experience in partnership development, business development, or equivalent roles, specifically in IT software solutions and related fields.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team.
Knowledge of market trends and business development strategies is an advantage.
Having a strong network in the healthcare industry is a plus.
Proficiency in foreign languages (especially English) is preferred.
