That is why we are hiring a Business Development Associate — a hands-on role for someone who likes outreach, likes learning from the market, and likes building a stronger sales pipeline over time.

This is not just “find leads and pass them on.” You will help research the market, run outreach, qualify interest, support discovery, and keep improving how we approach the right buyers.

Your mission Build and improve a practical BD process that turns targeted strangers into qualified conversations and qualified conversations into real opportunities.

You will do two things at once: BD mindset: find, reach, and qualify the right prospects Growth mindset: test segments, messages, and offers to see what actually works What you will do 1) Find the right target segments Research micro-segments in training, communication, and healthcare.

Identify buyer roles, likely needs, and possible buying triggers.

Build practical hypotheses around who may be a fit and why.

Build lists of contacts and qualify them.

2) Run outreach and test messaging Draft outreach messages for email, LinkedIn, and other channels.

Launch small outreach tests and track responses.

Learn what gets attention, what starts conversations, and what should be improved.

3) Turn replies into qualified opportunities Review leads and identify fit, urgency, and potential.

Support discovery calls and help gather key information.

Summarize findings clearly so the team can respond with the right next step.

Help move opportunities forward with timely follow-up.

4) Keep the process clean and learn from it Maintain CRM and outreach records neatly.

Track what was tested, what happened, and what was learned.

Turn patterns into recommendations for better targeting and messaging.

Use AI tools and structured workflows to work faster and smarter.

Plus points 6–12 months of experience, internship experience, or project experience in BD, sales, outreach, lead generation, or account support.

Experience with CRM tools.

Familiarity with email or outreach tools.

Background in training, communication, healthcare, or professional services.
