S 1. Supplier Management:
Preparing and sending data/report to supplier.
Working with suppliers regarding product documentation.
Follow up shipments from suppliers after getting confirmation from suppliers and BOD. 2. Promotion Execution:
Work with internal teams to ensure promotion is active on time.
Work closely with Sales Team to ensure the deployment of trade programs effectively. 3. Activity Tracking & Evaluation:
Monthly, track the promotion results and work with clients for reimbursement.
Calculate monthly incentive based on client contract, Sub-DBs contract, and monthly incentive schemes.
Follow up debit note related to supplier incentive, promotion schemes. 4. Sales Performance Tracking:
Daily tracking sales performance by Sub-DB/SR vs Target.
Daily tracking stock situation to avoid Damaged goods/NED/Out of stock. 5. Documentation work:
Make monthly promotion announcement to Sales Team/Sub-DBs/Customers.
Follow up and save the documents related to Marketing Team. 6. Other tasks assigned by BOD JOB

College with the Business Administration/ Marketing/ Economic major - At least 2 years of Marketing/Economics/Business or related fields (FMCG is preferred) - Sales data analysis skill - English Communication B or over - Planning skills - Problem-solving skills - Be willing to learn and able to adapt quickly.
Can work under pressure Time: 8 AM - 5 PM. Monday - morning Saturday Location: 39 homeland area 18A, Nguyen Huu Tho street, Phuoc Kien ward, Nha Be town, Ho Chi Minh City
