Business Application Developer (Microsoft Dynamics AX)

Job Purpose We are looking for an IT Application Developer to support the development, enhancement, and integration of GoodFood's enterprise applications, with a primary focus on Microsoft Dynamics AX , internal business systems, and digital transformation initiatives. The role will also support AI-driven solutions and Salesforce CRM implementation by working closely with external vendors and internal stakeholders. Key

Responsibilities:1. Microsoft Dynamics AX Development & Support Develop, customize, and maintain Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 applications. Analyze business

requirements:and implement system enhancements. Support issue troubleshooting, performance optimization, and deployment. Collaborate with business users to improve ERP processes. 2. AI & Digital Solutions Develop and integrate AI-powered applications to improve business efficiency. Build AI-enabled workflows, automation tools, and internal productivity solutions. Evaluate and implement new AI technologies to support digital transformation initiatives. 3. Business Application Development Develop and enhance HRMS and other internal applications. Develop APIs and system integrations. Build automation workflows. 4. Salesforce Support Coordinate with Salesforce implementation partners. Support system testing, UAT, and post-go-live enhancements. Assist business users during Salesforce adoption.

Education Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields.

Experience Minimum 3 years of experience in enterprise application development.

Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 development is highly preferred.

Experience with AI application development or AI integration is a strong advantage.

Experience developing HRMS, ERP, CRM, or enterprise business applications.

Technical Skills C# ASP.NET / .NET Core SQL Server REST API Git Preferred Skills Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 (X++) AI Integration (OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, LLM APIs) Microsoft Power Platform Salesforce CRM Azure Soft Skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
