Shape, and facilitate analysis and feasibility work with stakeholders for emerging change initiatives to build the business case for project activity; Build the

requirements:and can be clearly understood by internal or external Solution Developers; Take the lead in producing User Requirement Specifications, Software/System Requirement Specifications (URS/ SRS) and Feature Lists documentation. JOB

REQUIREMENTS: Must have: 2+ years of experience as a business analyst for business application platforms; Understanding of databases and ability to read/query DB structures for business-to-system mapping on Web/App platforms; Be able to communicate fluently in Japanese (N2 or equivalent) Have the mindset of outsourcing and experience in launching app/website project Proven ability in typical business analyst skills such as

requirements:engineering, business process analysis, and modeling techniques; Experience in UML design, data modeling, and user stories; Nice to have: Technical background or base technical experience is a plus; Knowing English is a plus point (writing, speaking, listening, and reading).
