You will be directly involved in implementing loyalty system projects for clients under the guidance of the Product Manager / Project Lead:
Collaborate with the team to gather, analyze, and clarify business
requirements:from clients (F&B, Retail, Banking, etc.)
Assist in preparing Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Specification Documents (FSD, API Mapping), and developing User Stories
Design system flow diagrams (BPMN, Sequence Diagrams) and create basic wireframes/mockups to illustrate user experience
Support the setup and configuration of promotional programs (campaigns, point accumulation, rewards, etc.) on the internal CMS platform
Work closely with the Tech team (Dev, QC) to communicate
requirements:, participate in UAT, and ensure system quality before go-live
Prepare User Manuals and support client training sessions

Requirements (Basic):
3rd- or 4th-year students or fresh graduates in MIS, IT, Business Administration, or related fields
Strong logical thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills
Detail-oriented with strong documentation skills and attention to edge cases
Good communication and ability to work cross-functionally (Tech – Business) AI Usage (Encouraged):
Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot for learning and work
Ability to use AI for requirement analysis, brainstorming, drafting documents, and generating diagrams
Strong critical thinking with the ability to validate outputs and avoid over-reliance on AI
Strong awareness of data confidentiality when using AI tools BA Technical
Requirements:
Familiarity with tools such as Draw.io, Figma, and Balsamiq
Basic understanding of software development processes (Agile/Scrum)
Basic knowledge of APIs (RESTful), databases, and UI/UX Nice to Have:
Experience using Postman to analyze API request/response
Knowledge of CRM, Loyalty, Gamification, or system integration
Experience in real projects or academic/personal projects
