Business Analyst Asst Manager

PURPOSE OF THE JOB: Responsible for building and optimizing data infrastructure, data models and pipelines to ensure reliable data sources. Developing and maintaining BI Dashboards/Reports, supporting analysis and decision making for Farms operation.

MAIN DUTIES Data Pipeline Development: Design, build, and optimize robust ETL/ELT processes to ingest, process, and move large volumes of structured and unstructured data. Data Modeling & Architecture: Create and maintain data models, schemas, and database structures for efficiency and scalability. BI Solution Development: Design, build, and deploy interactive dashboards and reports to track KPIs. Infrastructure Management: Manage data replicate tool to ensure that data synchronization goes smoothly. Collaboration: Work with Business Users to understand needs and deliver solutions. Maintenance & Support: Monitor, optimize, and troubleshoot data & dashboards/reports in production environments. SUCCESS INDICATOR Responsible for designing and implementing data systems that meet analytical reporting needs. Responsible for translating analytical needs to intuitive dashboards/reports. Standardizing data models. Optimizing processing performance, and completing strategic data projects on schedule during the year.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE NEEDED University degree and up. English communication. Cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and storage solutions (S3, Data Lake, Data Warehouse). Experience in data modeling (Kimball, Data Vault, Star/Snowflake schema). Familiar with BI tools (e.g., Qlik, Power BI, Tableau) and enabling reporting/analytics teams. Prior experience in supporting manufacturing, agriculture, or livestock industries is a plus. 3+ years of hands-on experience in data engineering or similar roles.
