requirements:. Report the progress of work status as well as any difficulties to the clients daily and/or weekly. Actively voice out any ideas or solutions for the issues during the progress in order to enhance the quality and results of the project. REQUIREMENTS: Must have Good at Japanese for 4 comprehension skills (Japanese skill at least N2 or equivalent). Leadership potential, high responsibility, good teamwork spirit. Nice to have: Understanding about Japanese culture and Japanese working style. Prefer candidates with work experience or study in Japan. Experience involved in medium to big projects. Good at English. Communication skills: Ability to listen, convey information clearly and coherently. Teamwork skills: Able to work independently and effectively collaborate in a team. Time management skills: Work efficiently under high pressure. Have knowledge in some areas, such as E-commerce, Healthcare, E-learning, AI, Blockchain...
