Brand Protection Investigator

Job Description Monitor and analyze online environments, including websites, domains, social media platforms, and online marketplaces, to identify potential digital threats Identify and investigate phishing activity, impersonation, counterfeit listings, trademark misuse, and other forms of online abuse Validate and classify identified threats based on defined criteria and internal guidelines Collect and document supporting evidence, including URLs, screenshots, and relevant technical indicators Record investigation findings and case details within internal systems Produce structured, consistent, and measurable investigation outputs for each identified case Escalate validated cases through defined workflows for further handling and action by the parent company outside Vietnam Ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality of investigation outputs in line with established standards Maintain awareness of evolving online fraud patterns, infringement trends, and digital threat methodologies Contribute to the continuous improvement of investigation processes and data quality Working Details: Monday – Friday: From 13:00 – 22:00 (01 hour break) Salary Range: 8.000.000 – 10.000.000 VND (Open to negotiation if the candidate has related experience) Training period: 06 weeks

English: Intermediate level | Good communication Majors: Intellectual Property, E-commerce, Digital Risk, Online Fraud Investigation, Languages, or other related disciplines. (Fresh graduates are welcome) Preferred traits: detail-oriented, analytical, patient, and comfortable working with repetitive investigative tasks.
