At least 3–5 years of experience in Sales, Business Development or Account Management, 1 year in a leadership position. Teamwork, good communication. Strong understanding of FMCG or retail market dynamics Strong analytical thinking and ability to build business plans and forecasts. Good communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain teams. Proficient in English, MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
