Business Development & Market Expansion (Primary Focus) Develop and execute business strategies to expand the Northern Vietnam market.
Identify and develop new business opportunities, focusing on FDI companies, manufacturing plants and Key Accounts.
Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers to maximize sales performance.
Lead commercial negotiations, prepare quotations and close high-value business deals.
Collaborate with the Marketing team to organize seminars, exhibitions, customer events and branding activities.

Branch Operations Management Oversee the overall business and operational performance of the Hanoi Branch.
Lead and manage a team of approximately 10-15 employees across Sales, Service, Administration and supporting functions.
Set KPIs, coach, develop and evaluate team performance.
Monitor revenue, costs and overall operational efficiency of the branch 3.
Customer & Partner Relationship Management Build and maintain long-term relationships with strategic customers.
Serve as the primary contact for local and international partners.
Work closely with the Service team to ensure excellent after-sales support and customer satisfaction.

Business Planning & Reporting / Báo cáo & quản trị Develop monthly, quarterly and annual business plans.
Analyze market trends, competitors and identify new business opportunities.
Report business performance directly to the Board of Directors.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Commerce or related disciplines.
At least 5 years of B2B sales/business development experience, including a minimum of 3 years in a managerial role.
Proven experience in developing FDI customers, manufacturing companies or Key Accounts.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to build and develop high-performing sales teams.
Good English communication skills for working with international customers and partners.
Possess a strong business mindset with excellent communication, negotiation and influencing skills; proactive, resilient and willing to take ownership in identifying, developing and expanding new business opportunities.
