Tổng quan công việc
are set out below. 2. KEY
RESPONSIBILITIES:BIM Modeling (3D)
Create accurate 3D Revit models of HVAC and plumbing systems – air handling units, fan-coil units, pumps, valves, dampers, fans, ductwork, chilled- and heating-water and refrigerant pipework, domestic water, drainage and fire-protection networks, etc.
Build the model following the logical HVAC design sequence: first the technical / plant rooms and vertical shafts, then the primary distribution networks, then the secondary networks and terminal connections, and finally the components, accessories and installation details.
Develop models to the required Level of Development (LOD), up to LOD 400, suitable for installation and as-built purposes.
Apply good modeling practice: respect clearances and tolerances between systems, keep the correct spacing and bend radius for ducts and pipes, and allow for insulation, drainage slopes and access / maintenance space.
Keep the model clean and well-structured (systems, naming, levels, worksets and parameters) so it stays coordinated and usable by the whole team. 2D Drafting & Drawing Production
Produce clear, detailed HVAC and plumbing drawings on CAD / Revit: general arrangement plans, sections, riser and shaft diagrams, schematic (principle) diagrams and installation details.
Read and correctly interpret design minutes (annotated plans, mark-ups) and translate them accurately into models and drawings.
Prepare and maintain drawing sheets, legends, tags, schedules and title blocks in line with ATIXIS and project standards. Coordination
Work with the other disciplines (architecture, structure and other MEP trades) to detect and resolve clashes and ensure an integrated, buildable design.
Take part in coordination reviews (e.g. Navisworks) and help track and close clash and design issues. Data & Model Management
Incorporate and update equipment and installation data to produce accurate, as-built models.
Ensure model information (parameters, schedules, quantities) is complete and reliable for downstream use. Standards & Compliance
Follow industry standards, project-specific BIM workflows, the BIM Execution Plan (BEP) and naming conventions. 3. JOB
