Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Civil/Structural Engineering, Architecture, or a related technical field.

Minimum 3 - 5 years of hands-on experience in a similar role within Project Management companies, Main Contractors, or leading Design Consultants. Experience in high-rise buildings or mixed-use complexes is highly preferred.
