The successful candidate will primarily utilize the CRM platform to manage and drive customer service activities, as follows: 1. Client Support & Banking Coordination:
Consult and respond to customer inquiries via email and other digital communication channels.
Act as an intermediary between clients and banks, facilitating communication and ensuring smooth application processes.
Collect and submit client documents to banks for application processing.
Track application status and follow up with banks to ensure timely updates.
Document all submitted materials and application results for internal tracking and reporting. 2. Issue Resolution:
Resolve issues arising from customers, forwarders, and third parties related to order or application processing.
Provide timely updates and support to customers throughout the process. 3. Needs Analysis:
Conduct detailed needs assessments to recommend appropriate services tailored to each client’s specific

Qualifications:
Graduating from university with a major in business administration, economics, commerce, and finance;
Minimum 1 year of experience in professional firms or banking-related roles, preferably within international working environments.
Good organization & coordinating skills. Good command of spoken & written English;
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
Ability to work independently, proactively, good improvisation;
Proficient in using MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, specifically).
Having experience using CRM software is a plus. ❖
