B2B Social Content Executive

RESPONSIBILITIES:Develop and execute content strategies across social media platforms and other digital channels in alignment with the company's brand direction and marketing objectives. Create and manage high-quality digital content, with a strong focus on blogs and website content , to attract, engage, and nurture target audiences. Plan, produce, and optimize multimedia content, including articles, social media posts, video scripts, and other content formats. Collaborate closely with the Marketing, Design, and Sales teams to execute integrated marketing campaigns. Ensure all content is consistent with brand guidelines and delivered accurately within established deadlines. Monitor and analyze content performance, leveraging data and user engagement metrics to continuously optimize content strategies. Stay up to date with the latest content marketing, social media, and industry trends to identify new opportunities and best practices. Provide guidance and support to junior content team members and team leaders when required.

REQUIREMENTS Minimum 2 years of experience in Content Marketing, Digital Content, or a related field.

Proven experience in developing content strategies, creating engaging content, and digital storytelling, preferably in a B2B or SaaS environment.

Solid understanding of SEO best practices and the ability to produce high-quality, SEO-optimized content.

Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.

Experience creating content for digital marketing campaigns and social media platforms.

Highly responsible, adaptable, and able to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.

Creative mindset with strong communication skills and exceptional attention to detail.

Experience in B2B marketing or international markets is a plus.

Able to work on-site at our Hanoi office .
