Acting as the solid "backbone" for the B2B Sales Leads, you will directly participate in expanding our educational partner network (Private Training Centers, IT Institutes, Universities/Colleges, Enterprises) through the following key
responsibilities: 1. Lead Generation & Outreach: Conduct market research, find, and build a database of potential partners (Private training centers, Universities/Colleges, Student Clubs, Tech Enterprises). Directly reach out (Cold call, Email, LinkedIn) to briefly introduce the SotaEdu ecosystem (Ed-tech Products, Courses, Certification Services). 2. Meeting Scheduling: Consult, qualify partner needs, and successfully set up working schedules (Pitching/Meetings) between potential partners and B2B Sales Leads. 3. Admin & Legal Support: Act as the focal point to compile, package, and update sales materials (Sales Kit), company profiles, pricing, and revenue-sharing mechanisms to send to partners. Draft, track, and submit legal documents for signature: Memorandum of Understanding (MOU), Training Cooperation Contracts, and Official Dispatch letters to Universities. Systematically file and store all administrative documents and records for the Sales Department. 4. Data & Reporting: Update and manage all customer data and interaction history on the CRM system. Monitor the progress of sales opportunities (Sales pipeline) and prepare weekly/monthly synthesis reports for the Sales Manager/Project Manager. KEY SUCCESS METRICS Meeting KPI: Ensure the target number of outbound calls and conversion rate into Qualified Meetings per week/month for the Sales Lead. Data Quality KPI: Ensure 100% of partner data is accurately, fully, and timely updated on the CRM system. Operational KPI: Ensure 100% of contracts, official dispatches, and Sales Kits are prepared on time, following the standard company format with zero procedural errors. JOB

Experience: At least 6 months - 1 year of experience in roles such as: Sales Support, Sales Admin, Telesales, B2B Inside Sales, or Customer Service.
Nice-to-have: Candidates with experience in B2B environments, Education (EdTech), Training, or the Information Technology industry.

Hard Skills: Proficiency in office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for reporting, quoting, and contract management.
Strong skills in drafting professional B2B commercial emails and documents.
Experience using CRM software (Hubspot, Salesforce, Bitrix24, etc.) is a major plus.

Soft Skills: Tele-communication: Clear voice with no lisp or stutter.
Good situation handling and objection handling skills over the phone.
Organization & Time Management: Ability to multitask and schedule logically for the Sales team.
Meticulousness & Attention to Detail: High accuracy when working with contracts, numbers, and legal documents.
