Benefits:Our remuneration is significantly above the market average for accounting roles in HCMC — including an ongoing monthly productivity bonus of up to 60% of base salary, semi-annual and annual bonuses, and an end-of-tax-year bonus.

Training allowance during onboarding; competitive salary on signing your labour contract

Annual private health insurance (full-time employees).

Standard 5-day work week (Monday–Friday); paid overtime available.

Company trips twice a year, including one overseas destination (e.g. Korea, Thailand, China).

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Auditing, or a related field — 2024 graduates also encouraged to apply.

Strong written and spoken English — all client work is conducted in English.

High attention to detail and a genuine commitment to the accounting profession.

Analytical, logical thinking and good problem-solving skills.

Positive attitude and ability to manage deadlines.

Above market remuneration, monthly bonus, yearly bonus & annual bonus.
