Receive pricing requests from Sales, Agents, and customers and provide accurate, timely, and competitive quotations across various trade lanes, with a strong focus on the US trade lane.
Source and negotiate freight rates and space with shipping lines, airlines, co-loaders, agents, and other logistics partners.
Monitor shipping lines’ online rates, market conditions, freight rate trends, space availability, and surcharges to keep pricing up to date and competitive.
Prepare, update, and maintain buying and selling rate sheets, contracts, and pricing information.
Build and maintain good working relationships with shipping lines, airlines, co-loaders, agents, and other logistics partners.
Work closely with Sales, Operations, and Customer Service teams to handle and resolve pricing-related issues.
Prepare pricing reports and market updates for management when required.
Kỹ năng chính
Yêu cầu
2-3 years of experience.
Strong US Pricing experience preferred.
Good command of English.
Good knowledge of ocean freight, air freight and Freight Forwarding services.
Experience in rate negotiation is an advantage.
Good communication, analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills - Able to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
Proactive, responsible, and detail-oriented.
