This role is responsible for developing and executing tailored marketing strategies and managing budgets to drive brand growth and performance across the Vietnam & Cambodia markets. 📌 Key
Responsibilities:Market Research & Strategy: Conduct market/competitor research and deploy localized marketing strategies that resonate with customers in Vietnam and Cambodia while preserving global brand image. Campaign Execution: Plan and execute tactical campaigns (promotions, advertising, events) in collaboration with internal creative/merchandising teams and external agencies/vendors. Budget Management: Develop, allocate, and optimize the brand's marketing budget efficiently to maximize ROI and business growth. Stakeholder Management: Maintain productive working relationships with the brand principal's marketing lead and align efforts with internal departments (Sales, Product Dev). Data & Analytics: Measure campaign impact using data analytics, analyze performance results, and continuously refine marketing tactics based on data-driven insights.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: Tối thiểu 5 năm (At least 5 years) in brand management and marketing with a proven track record of success, specifically within the Vietnam market (regional market understanding is a plus).
Core Competencies: Deep expertise in marketing principles (segmentation, targeting, positioning) and balancing global brand identity with local market relevance.
Strong data-driven mindset focused on achieving measurable business impact.
Proven project management capability to handle multiple deadlines simultaneously.
Soft Skills & Languages: Fluent in English (both oral and written).
Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Special Skills: Public speaking, presentation, and advanced negotiation.
