Associate Implementation Consultant (HCM)

Associate Implementation Consultant (Support Team) RESPONSIBILITY o Opportunity to participate in the implementation of projects at top banks in Vietnam o Receive training on technology and business processes related to the Payment sector o Perform daily customer support tasks for assigned clients within the scope of warranty/maintenance contracts o Responsible for assisting customers in system compliance upgrade projects o Support clients in periodic compliance testing with international card organizations o Participate in implementation projects for clients and complete assigned tasks according to each project o Develop and maintain knowledge of company products, integrations, applications, and services, as well as those of competitors o Install and configure OpenWay software at customer sites; provide on-site training; perform troubleshooting and bug fixes o Be part of a project team responsible for all project management and technical issues o Monitor technical issues and conduct troubleshooting o Ensure adherence to troubleshooting procedures and protocols o Address customer inquiries related to the service system

REQUIREMENTS:o Bachelor’s degree with a focus on Computer Science, Engineering or IT related field o 0-2 years of experience within FinTech, Software Engineer and IT related businesses o Possess knowledge of Java, JavaScript and PL/SQL o Highly goal driven and worked well in fast paced environments o Pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard o Excellent written and verbal communication skills. o Enjoy finding creative solutions to problems
