Flanders Investment & Trade is looking for an assistant to the Head of Office (M/F) for its office in Hanoi. We‘re looking for a reliable, inquisitive colleague who wants to be part of our dynamic team. Main tasks

Assisting the Trade & Investment Counsellor in daily business operations.

Identifying companies and contact details of Vietnamese...

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent certificate from an university specialised in economics, trade or languages.

Very good command of written and spoken Vietnamese and English (will have to report back in English). Knowledge of Dutch or any other European language is considered a plus.

Excellent communication skills.

Good knowledge of Microsoft environment and applications...
