Yêu cầu
Minimum 5 years of experience in woven garment manufacturing, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or management position.
Strong knowledge of woven garment production processes, sewing operations, productivity improvement, and industrial engineering concepts.
Proven leadership and team management skills.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
Good command of English is preferred.
