Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business Management, or related field.
At least 5 years of experience in EMS/manufacturing, with exposure to SMT, assembly, and box build processes.
Hands-on experience in supervising production line and managing factory workers.
Must understand Vietnam Labor Law and basic manufacturing safety standards.
