Experience in FMCG market. Experience in confectionary category will be prioritized.
Experience and knowledge in brand marketing. Having experience creating a promotion plan or marketing plan with or without the agency.
Understanding Vietnam confectionary market and consumer behavior, customer trend.
Ability to lead the project team, work with the agency/ third party.
