Assistant Manager , Mechanic

BROAD FUNCTION | TRÁCH NHIỆM CHUNG - Responsible for performing sewing machine setup, trouble shooting, repairs and preventative maintenance, and keeping all machines in good working conditions to ensure production and efficiency targets.

Assign orders by styling to Mechanic (Setup) to take the lead in organizing in advance the use of machines, tools, folders, attachments, etc. for bulk production using Machinery and Manpower Plan to cut style changeover time.

Perform other jobs as arranged by the direct mechanic team manager. JOB

RESPONSIBILITIES:| TRÁCH NHIỆM CHI TIẾT CÔNG VIỆC Sample Process 1. To support Time Study Technician, Sewing Technician with the right machine and tools to do sample so as to finalize the best methodology for each operation. Pre Production Meeting 1. To attend pre-production meeting and identify if any styling or sewing operation discussed during review of the Manufacturing Instruction can be aided by attachments or modifications to machines. 2. If attachments or modifications are required, to brief and assign Mechanic (Modification) to design prototype of attachment, or of the modifications to be made. 3. To test run the first prototype attachment or modification to confirm its success in aiding sewing operations. 4. If confirmed as useable, to instruct Mechanic (Modifications) to introduce modification or attachments for use in Sample room. 5. To double confirm that the modification or attachment is acceptable whilst deployed in sample room. 6. Liaise with Production Manager on line plan status and determine the appropriate schedule and quantity of attachments and modifications required. 7. Instruct the Mechanic (Modifications) to reproduce the attachments or modifications to meet new line set up. Setup Process 1. Assign order bystyling to Mechanic (Setup) to take lead in organizing in advance the use of machines, tools, folders, attachments etc for bulk production using Machinery and Manpower Plan .By doing this will cut style change over time. 2. To guide and supervisor machine tuning to suit the material use for the new style and record details of Needle Use, Needle Bar Height, Feed Ratio, Looper Position, etc. in Machine Tuning Record and update new details whenever there are any changes. 3. Supervise the new line set up done by Mechanic (Setup) 4. Work with Sewing Technicians and IEs to improve work methods based on GSD. 5. QUALIFICATIONS:|

YÊU CẦU:CỦA CÔNG VIỆC - Professional experience: At least 10 years of relevant experience at garment facility (Ít nhất 10 năm kinh nghiệm tại các cơ sở sản xuất hàng may mặc).

Education requirement: High school (Cấp 3) or College (Trung cấp).
