Build and strengthen strategic partnerships with Distributors , ensuring strong business performance and sustainable growth. Oversee Distributor operations including warehouse & inventory management, capital investment, logistics, sales force effectiveness, and customer service levels.

Lead the execution of Field Sales Plans for assigned Distributors, ensuring timely implementation, close follow up, and continuous updates to drive sales results.

Yêu cầu

At least a College degree (Bachelor’s degree is an advantage).

3–5 years of solid sales experience , with a proven track record of successfully delivering KPIs.

Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop sales teams .

Good understanding of end to end sales functions , including Field Sales, Trade Marketing, and Customer/Channel management.

Hands on experience in Distributor management is required.
