Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Business, or Marketing. Experience:
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the pharmaceutical or FMCG sector.
Experience working with doctors/hospitals is highly preferred. Skills:
Strong English communication (both written and spoken).
Excellent leadership, negotiation, and analytical skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
Results-driven, customer-oriented, and team-focused.
