Prepare design drawings and perspective in Revit and AutoCAD

Coordinate with the related parties to advance the design

Make and check subcontractor’s performance related to the design (from the bidding stage until handover under the management of the team leader)

Knowledge of Building regulations FF, IP, construction drawings

Good communication in English; Japanese communication is an advantage

Experiences: at least 3 years in similar role Other

Good communication with other departments

Have knowledge about the detail and Structure & ME
