AI Engineer

We are planning to develop the following three components: A conversational Generative AI that interacts with users. A background AI that processes and organizes data into a format easy for the front-end AI to analyze, and registers it in the database. An expert AI that analyzes data to enable the front-end AI to provide appropriate responses (if one already exists, we will simply integrate it).

Requirements: Technical foundation: 1-3 years experience with Python programming and AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face) AI knowledge: Practical understanding of machine learning concepts, neural networks, and model training pipelines Data skills: Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation Experience with building RESTful APIs and working with SQL/NoSQL databases Problem-solving aptitude: Ability to approach complex problems methodically and develop creative solutions Continuous learning mindset: Enthusiasm for staying current with AI research and implementing new techniques Version control: Proficiency with Git and collaborative development workflows Strong English skills: Ability to understand technical documentation and communicate within the team Preferred

Qualifications:Experience with LLMs, RAG architecture, or fine-tuning foundation models Familiarity with vector databases and embedding techniques Understanding of MLOps and model deployment pipelines Background in computer vision, natural language processing, or generative AI Experience with cloud AI services (AWS, GCP, Azure) Compensation &
