AI Agent Engineer (Middle/Senior)

We are looking for AI Agent Engineers to build the next generation of AI-powered ERP and MES solutions. You will design and develop intelligent AI Agents that can understand business processes, analyze enterprise data, interact with ERP/MES systems, and assist users through AI Copilots. The role focuses on:

Multi-Agent Systems - AI Copilot Development - RAG / GraphRAG - ERP & MES AI Assistants - Workflow Automation - Knowledge-driven AI Applications You will work closely with the AI Solution Architect and AI Knowledge Engineer to build CLT's Ontology-Based AI ERP Platform.

AI Agent Development Design and develop AI Agents using LangGraph Implement Multi-Agent orchestration and Supervisor patterns Develop domain-specific agents for ERP and MES systems Build Agent-to-Agent communication workflows Implement Tool Calling and Function Calling capabilities AI Copilot Development Develop AI Copilot services for:bbbb CEO Copilot Finance Copilot HR Copilot Sales Copilot PM Copilot Production Copilot Quality Copilot Workflow Automation Design AI-driven workflow automation Build task orchestration pipelines Implement approval and escalation workflows Create AI-based report generation processes Develop business process automation using AI Agents RAG & Knowledge Integration Integrate RAG and GraphRAG services into AI Agents Build document-aware AI assistants Develop context retrieval strategies Optimize agent memory and knowledge usage Improve response quality and reasoning accuracy AI Platform Integration Integrate AI Agents with ERP and MES platforms Connect external APIs and enterprise systems Build event-driven AI workflows using Kafka Implement real-time business analysis agents Develop AI-powered forecasting and recommendation agents

Experience 5+ years of software development experience 2+ years of AI/LLM application development experience Experience building production-grade AI applications Experience developing enterprise software systems AI Agent Development Experience with LangGraph, LangChain or LlamaIndex Experience with Multi-Agent architectures Experience with Agent orchestration Experience with Tool Calling / Function Calling Experience with Prompt Engineering Experience with AI workflow design Backend Development Strong Python development skills Experience with FastAPI or Django Experience with REST API development Experience with PostgreSQL and Redis Experience with asynchronous processing Frontend Development Experience with React, Next.js or Vue.js Experience developing AI Chat UI Experience integrating frontend with AI services Experience building dashboards and business applications RAG & Search Experience building RAG applications Understanding of Vector Databases Experience with Embedding Models Experience with Hybrid Search Experience with Reranking techniques Preferred

Salary review based on performance every 6 months if your basic salary is less than 30,000,000 VND.
