Affiliate Marketing Executive (Cosmetic) Full-time

Recruit, onboard, and manage affiliate partners, including KOLs, KOCs, beauty influencers, bloggers, and online beauty communities.

Develop and execute affiliate marketing campaigns to drive sales growth and enhance brand visibility across e-commerce platforms.

Monitor, analyze, and optimize affiliate performance using key metrics such as CTR, Conversion Rate, GMV, and ROI.

Collaborate closely with the Branding, Content, and E-commerce teams to ensure consistent communication and effective campaign execution.

Conduct market research, track beauty industry trends, and benchmark competitors’ affiliate strategies to identify growth opportunities and improve campaign performance.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, E-commerce, Communication or related fields.

1–2 years of experience in affiliate/digital marketing, especially in beauty or lifestyle.

Passionate about beauty trends and consumer insights.

Experience working with KOCs, affiliate platforms, or e-commerce tracking tools is a plus.

Strong analytical mindset & aesthetic sense.

Location: Nguyen Lam Tower, 133 Duong Ba Trac, Chanh Hung Ward, (Dist 8), HCMC Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
