Answer customer inquiries about services, schedules, and related information.
Handle booking-related issues such as rescheduling and cancellations.
Report daily, weekly, and monthly booking status.
Coordinate with other spa departments to ensure the best customer experience.

Knowledge of the spa industry is an advantage.
Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese is a plus.
