This role is the administrative coordination hub of the team — connecting departments, vendors, and systems so daily operations run on time and accurately.
Coordinate with relevant departments to receive requests, collect supporting documents to raise an EPR, and proceed with payments.
Handle correspondence: receive mail, send mail, route documents for signature, and apply company stamps following the proper process.
Work with vendors and suppliers to procure items for the team as requested.
Book travel (flights, hotels, visa, membership card …) for the team when required.
Manage and arrange the schedules of company drivers and vehicles efficiently, track operational costs and process monthly payments.
Support the Sales team in setting up programs in the system and checking promotional campaigns.
Other tasks as assigned by the Manager. WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

At least 1 year of experience in Administration; with a strong learning mindset are also welcome.
English at a basic working level (reading & writing).
Careful, detail-oriented, and highly responsible at work.
Able to complete tasks proactively and on time with least supervision.
Open to learning new tools, finding better ways to work, and developing yourself.
