Accountant

Scope of Work Tracking Input Invoice (With vendor + E-commerce platform) and recording reasonable expense which compliance with VAT regulations. Tracking, collect, arrange, and Archive relevant documents (Input Invoice, Contract, Acceptance Minutes,...) for transactions. Tracking Admin fee (Pantry, Courier fee, Grab,...) Tracking and record employee salary, SHUI, Personal Tax. Tracking with HR Admin about Fixed Asset, Tools & Instrustment, Prepaid expenses. Record account receivable and payable on bank statement. Track customer accounts receivable with bank statement. Monthly Calculate and record interest on loans monthly. Support month-end, year-end closing activities and coordinate with external auditors fo year-end closing activities. Support Team in Issuing output Invoice for E-commerce platform, MT,... Weekly check Input Invoice. Fill out the report assigned by the manager. Perform other tasks assigned by the manager.

Requirements:Bachelor of Accounting/ Finance or relating majors. A minimum of 1 years’ experience in Finance and Accounting position. Working experiences in FMCG, retail industry or E-commerce is a strong plus. Proficient in accounting software – MISA, Microsoft Office and local tax system. Can speak/read/write English to deal with overseas counterparts.
