Accountant Intern

1. Accounting documents and invoice support

Verify, reconcile, organize and store invoices and accounting documents promptly and in compliance with regulations.

Assist in preparing financial documents such as invoices, receipts, purchase orders and other related records. 2. Payment, receivable and payable support

Support the review of payment documents and assist in managing accounts payable and receivable.

Follow up on required documents to support timely payments, collections and internal approval processes. 3. Accounting data and system support

Input accounting data into the system as required and ensure information is accurate and properly recorded.

Assist in preparing basic accounting records, summaries or supporting documents under guidance. 4. Payroll and administrative accounting support

Assist in payroll processing and related employee payment documents when needed.

Support other specialized accounting tasks such as submitting documents to tax authorities or banks, drafting petition letters or reviewing historical tax data under guidance. You Are a Good Fit If You

Final-year student or fresh graduate majoring in Accounting, Finance or related fields.

Internship experience or active participation in school/social activities is a strong advantage.

Proficient in Microsoft Office; good aptitude for numbers and computer-based work.

Familiarity with MISA or accounting software is a plus.

Good attention to detail, time management and task management skills.

Can-do attitude, proactiveness and self-learning skills.

Personal laptop is required.

12-month full-time working commitment after the internship. WHAT WE OFFER
