Account Supervisor (Event)

Developing and gaining Acceptance of Proposals and plans - Collaborating effectively with the Manager in developing strategies and plans for meeting Client’s needs based on thorough knowledge and analysis of Client’s business coupled with the technical marketing expertise to effect change - Gaining approval within the agency and Client acceptance of proposals and plans

Making presentation - Preparing and delivering clear, concise, well organized, and convincing presentations - Handling Client responses to presentation by resolving questions or concerns, overcoming objections, and confirming understanding of key points - Identifying opportunities to increase presentation skills and being receptive to suggestion from others

Ensuring Innovative and Effective Advertising - Ensure that Creative or Research personnel receive assignment that clearly describe the Client’s needs and Agency plan approach, and that they get the information they need to complete their assignment effectively - Creating an environment in which the Creative Team is motivated to deliver innovative concept and executions - Evaluating creative fairly, recognizing good advertising and its ability to influence performance

Preparing Analysis and Reports

Acquiring Advanced Account Management Capabilities

At least 3 years of relevant experience

Creative & logical thinking

Good communication in Vietnamese & English

Ability to lead and motivate a project team

Good management with internal & external process

Reliable/good at hitting deadlines

Ability to use initiative

Multi-tasker
