Get brief from clients;

Generate creative ideas and organize brainstorming to devise an campaign that meets the clients brief and budget;

Make the quotation and develop execution plan;

Take part in the working process from beginning to finishing a project;

Key contact with clients and coordinate with related departments: Creative, Procurement, Production, Field Operation to deploy the projects and ensure the quality to satisfy client’s

Performance evaluation and salary/position review at least once per year
