1. Client Relationship (20%)
Maintain and develop relationships with assigned clients to ensure long-term engagement and satisfaction
Receive briefs/feedback on marketing services from clients, clarify project needs, and consult clients on HEDIMA’s solution offerings
Communicate project progress and key deliverables clearly and professionally. 2. Project Management (60%)
Lead project timelines, manage internal task allocations, and ensure all deliverables meet deadlines and quality standards
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (creative, medical, digital, planning) and external vendors (if any) to coordinate seamless execution
Monitor project budgets, control costs, and ensure financial processes (contracts, cash flow, debt) are completed in coordination with accountant/admin
Manage documentation, reporting, and progress tracking to ensure successful delivery and client satisfaction. 3. Strategy & Planning (20%)
Work with planners and medical experts to shape marketing strategies aligned with client goals
Support in building proposals
Contribute ideas on new solutions and innovations for HEDIMA’s solution development. Job
Kỹ năng chính
Yêu cầu
At least 2–3 years of experience in account in advertising sectors, marketing, or sales
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in both Vietnamese and English
Digital marketing knowledge
Excellent time management skills
Client-oriented mindset and ability to work under pressure
Medical background (Doctor/Pharmacist) or experience in healthcare sector is a plus.
