Position Overview Accountants play a critical role in the success of any business. At TRG, our Accounting team ensures financial accuracy, compliance, and supports key decision-making. We are seeking an experienced Accountant with 2–3 years of solid working experience. You will be responsible for handling a wide range of accounting activities, ensuring compliance with regulations, and supporting financial management across the organization. K e y

Responsibilities:Receive, review and verify vendor invoices and supporting documents. Record invoices, accruals, and prepayments in the accounting system accurately and on time Process payment transactions against vendor invoices. Perform monthly/quarterly vendor reconciliations and resolve discrepancies. Process month-end closing with accurate AP balances and schedules. Provide documentation for internal and external audits. Handle vendor queries on payments and invoice status. Support on budgeting process and forecasting. Perform other tasks and duties as assigned by the Line Manager.

What You Need Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

2–3 years of relevant working experience in accounting (experience in F&B or service industry is an advantage).

Strong knowledge of accounting principles, VAS, and tax regulations.

Proficiency in Excel and at least one accounting software (SunSystems is a strong plus).

Good command of both English and Vietnamese (IELTS 6.5 or equivalent is preferred).

High integrity, ethics, accuracy, and responsibility in handling financial data.

Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and adaptability skills.

Friendly, cooperative, and eager to learn and grow.

Having Chief Accountant Certificate is a strong plus.
