At Chicilon Media Advertising Design Center, the Account Manager is more than a project coordinator. This role serves as a trusted client partner and an internal project leader who connects business objectives, creative thinking, and execution excellence. You will work closely with Strategy, Creative, Production, and AI teams to deliver integrated solutions that help brands grow and create meaningful business impact. KEY

RESPONSIBILITIES:Manage and develop long-term relationships with assigned clients and become a trusted business partner. Receive client briefs, identify business challenges, and recommend suitable creative and communication solutions. Lead projects from briefing to delivery, ensuring smooth coordination between Strategy, Creative, Production, and Proposal teams. Manage project timelines, budgets, resources, and operational efficiency. Prepare and present proposals, project plans, and campaign recommendations to clients. Monitor project quality, deliverables, and client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle. Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts and contribute to business development initiatives. Maintain strong internal communication and ensure teams are aligned on project objectives. Ensure revenue targets, project profitability, and client retention goals are achieved.

Yêu cầu

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Account Management within advertising, creative, digital, or integrated agencies.

Proven experience managing multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.

Strong understanding of branding, marketing, creative development, and production processes.

Excellent communication, presentation, and client relationship management skills.

Ability to manage project timelines, budgets, and cross-functional teams effectively.

Strong problem-solving skills with a solution-oriented mindset.

Experience participating in proposal development and client presentations.

Good command of English, especially in presentations and client communications.

Passion for creativity, innovation, and delivering outstanding client experiences.
