As an Account Manager at LitOS, you will: Manage communication with international clients (mainly via email/chat/calls) and maintain long-term client relationships. Receive client requests (Shopify/theme/app/custom features), clarify
requirements:, and translate them into clear tasks/briefs for the internal team. Coordinate with developers/PM to: assess feasibility, estimate effort (hours), propose solution direction, confirm scope and deliverables. Prepare project documents such as: proposals/quotations, SOW (Statement of Work), invoices, and follow-up items needed to kick off projects. Track project progress at a high level (scope, timeline, revisions) and ensure smooth handover/communication between client ↔ internal team. Follow up on approvals and payments (deposit/milestones), and support clients through change requests (if any). Identify opportunities to upsell/cross-sell additional Shopify services when relevant (not aggressive sales; consultative support). Update and manage client information and project status on CRM/tracking sheets.

Excellent English skills (especially Writing and Reading Comprehension) are essential for understanding client requests and preparing documents.
At least 1 year of experience in a client-facing role (e.g., Account Management, Customer Success, B2B Support, Project Coordination).
Strong sense of responsibility, careful with details, and able to follow processes.
Willing to learn basic e-commerce/Shopify concepts (training will be provided).
Comfortable working with documents and numbers (scope, hours, quotations).
Able to work independently, manage tasks, and follow up proactively.
Advantages (not required): Basic knowledge of Shopify/e-commerce/IT projects.
Experience working with international clients.
