Responsibilities: Sales & Account Ownership Identify and engage potential clients, understanding their needs and presenting tailored solutions. Manage the sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring smooth onboarding and client satisfaction. Act as a consultative seller, translating client pain points into clear, outcome-driven solutions as well as maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, acting as a trusted advisor to support their long-term goals. Drive deal momentum to efficiently close projects while managing and growing assigned accounts through upsell opportunities, and long-term client trust. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and our service offerings to provide informed recommendations to clients. Collaborate with internal teams (creative, production, L&D and marketing) to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction. Apply AI tools and smart prompts to improve how you support and advise clients. Business Development & Pipeline Growth Research and define micro-segments within training, communication, and healthcare market to design test offers and outreach messages for mini-outreach campaigns Run discovery calls to validate problems, uncover real needs, and help frame early-stage solutions. Track responses and update CRM accurately to continuously improve messages.

YOU are the one who: Bearing strong potential in B2B sales, account management, or business development.
Having strong communication skills, has interests in communications and negotiations.
Having systems thinking & experiment-first mindset, who’s not discouraged by rejection or failure.
Strong curiosity about markets and buyer behavior with analytical thinking and structured problem-solving.
YOUR skill and experiences: Having a Bachelor's degree or higher in marketing, business management, or relevant at a foreign institution is an advantage.
Excellent verbal and written in English since you will be working with international clients.
Flexible in work.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as a member of a team.
Being open-minded, result-driven, and self-motivated.
