RESPONSIBILITIES:Academic Quality

Build, implement, and continuously improve the IELTS Quality Assurance system.

Observe classes, evaluate teaching quality, coach teachers, and monitor student progress.

Analyse academic data, identify risks, and implement preventive and improvement plans.

We are looking for someone who:

Holds a Bachelor's degree in English, TESOL, Education, or a related field.

Has at least 3 years of experience in IELTS teaching, Academic Management, or Academic Quality Assurance.

Has experience in teacher recruitment, coaching, curriculum development, or academic leadership.

Demonstrates ownership, integrity, resilience, and strong problem-solving skills.
