We are looking for a Mold/ Tooling Engineer .

For more information about our products and operation please visit our website: ballerheadwear.com WHAT WILL YOU INVOLVE Design and develop molds/tooling for components such as soles, logos, trims, metal/plastic accessories, and headwear parts Collaborate with Product Development teams on new product introduction (NPI) Review product designs and provide technical input to ensure tooling feasibility (DFM – Design for Manufacturing) Analyze tooling issues and implement corrective and preventive actions Plan and execute preventive maintenance for molds/tooling Optimize tooling design to improve cycle time, reduce defects, and increase productivity Work closely with suppliers/vendors for outsourced tooling development Prepare and maintain technical documentation, drawings, and tooling BOM Support production teams in troubleshooting tooling-related issues on the shop floor WHAT WE NEED YOU HAVE 2–5 years of experience in tooling/mold engineering Experience in footwear, headwear, or related industries (garment accessories, plastic, metal parts) is highly preferred Proficient in CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, NX, or equivalent) Strong understanding of materials (plastic, rubber, metal) and manufacturing processes (injection, compression, stamping, etc.) Good problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to work cross-functionally with multiple teams Basic English WHAT WE OFFER YOU Salary: Negotiable Accommodation provided when relocating to Danang One-month probationary period Meal provided High social insurance contribution 13th-month salary bonus Work Macbook provided.
