2) Intern - Market Access – Patient Access | HCM

Location: Vietcombank Building, No.5 Cong Truong Me Linh, Sai Gon Ward, Ho Chi Minh City Strategic Opportunities − Access solution Initiatives: Support the exploration, assessment and initiation of access solution initiatives to enhance patient access to J&J innovative therapies.

PAP (Patient Assistance Program): is one of the most critical access levers in self-pay market. − Through a PAP more patients can have access to JNJ’s innovative medicines.

Hence it is essential to maintain a robust and efficient operating model to ensure timely patient access.

The candidate is expected to demonstrate a strong project management capability and manage growing patients’ volume and operational complexity. − Transition from Manual to Digital operating model: Change readiness and maintain deployment tracker and milestone log. − Project Documentation & Governance enhancement: consolidate operational records into structured Project Document Repository, document standardization & stream-line process. − Data governance and performance monitoring: review and monitor data of PAPs in maintaining audit-ready document structure. − Cost Control to be aligned with approval baseline. − Other MA projects: Assist other MA team 2026 projects to enhance patient access and optimize business processes.

Learning Outcomes − Operational Excellence: Gain hands-on experience in the end-to-end management of Patient Assistance Programs (PAP), especially supporting digital solution deployment & operationalization. − Understand and apply structured project documentation frameworks, maintain and organized project document repository aligned with governance standards. − Manage the project implementation within the Cost, Resources, Schedule have been approved. − Strategic Insight: Learn to transform raw data into insights to improve process efficiency and feasibility of a project.

− Relevant fields of study: Pharmacy, Medical Doctor, Public Health or other Health Science- related degrees − Analytical thinker with patient access interest − MS Office skills − English proficiency − Proactive, detail-oriented, collaborative learner

Working Hours: 8AM – 5PM or 8:30AM – 5:30PM Allowance: 5,000,000VND/month
